Our friendly and experienced reception staff can provide you with up-to date information and to ensure your stay with us, at our luxury apartment rentals, will be a comfortable and memorable experience.

Taxis and Car Hire - Airport transfers can be arranged. Presidential Serviced Apartments Kensington can also provide you with a reliable local taxi service or your own personal chauffeur and car for the duration of your stay. (advance booking is required for this service)

Food and Catering - All our Serviced Apartments have full catering facilities, but should you require, we can arrange ready prepared food to be delivered straight to your door. We also offer a grocery shopping service delivered to your apartment for late arrivals. (Must be pre ordered)

Laundry and Dry Cleaning - Although all our luxury serviced apartments are fitted with state of the art washing machines, we can also provide a same day return washing and dry cleaning service.

Entertainment - All Presidential Serviced Apartments have a flat screen TV with a DVD player, Cable and Satellite television with a variety of movie, sports, news and documentary channels. Wireless broadband facilities that provide you with free access to the internet from your personal computer, Direct Dial Telephones and fax facilities are available, (fax by prior arrangement).

Bathroom - Tiled bathrooms with bathtubs and power showers, chrome bathroom furniture, fresh towels, with the added comfort of under floor heating.

Bedroom - Guests can choose to have a king sized bed or twin single beds service apartment, all luxury apartment rentals benefit from a double sofa bed.

Cleaning - Maid service Monday to Saturday and bed linen is changed bi-weekly.

Heath and Beauty - We have established relationships with several local Health Clubs and Hair and Beauty Salons.

Safety and Security - Personal secured safe in each apartment. 24 Hour Security and CCTV Surveillance.

Medical and Emergency - In the event of any medical emergency we offer a 24 hour doctor on call service.

Welcome Pack - A welcome folder comprising of Presidential Serviced Apartments facilities manuals, useful telephone numbers and details is present in each apartment. Also you will find a hamper of fresh fruits, tea, coffee and biscuits to welcome you to the apartments.
