RESERVATIONS
Stay start from one night.

Credit cards are needed to secure a reservation. Your card will not be charged prior to arrival but used to guarantee your reservation. However the credit card will be charged if you do not arrive at the property without advising of a cancellation.
Full rental payment will be taken on arrival.

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club), cash and travellers cheques in GB Sterling.
An Extra £20 is payable for the third person in the studio apartment only (over 5 years old).

CANCELLATIONS
Presidential Apartments need to be advised two weeks prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred.
If less than two weeks notice is given the guest will be charged 1 nights rent if their stay is less than a week and 3 nights rent if the booking was in excess of 7 nights.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Check Out - 11am

Check in - 2pm

Additional hours - if available - will be charged on a half-day basis.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
The Management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.

DAMAGE BOND
The Management reserves the right to require a bond against damage or breakage, in certain cases. (Usually where children or young adults are in the party.) This would normally be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the apartment.
