Terms and Conditions

Stay start from one night.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookingsmade on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.
The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner. The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner. In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply

BOOKINGS
Guests may book in advance or on arrival. Rooms are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to refuse any Booking for good reason. Although payment is generally required on departure, there may be occasions when the Guests are required to fully prepay or provide a deposit at the time of the Booking, or, on arrival at The Hotel.

CHARGES
The prices displayed on the website are a total for your requested stay. Any meals, service or VAT (at the current rate) are included only if specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified.
Payment
You will be asked to provide a credit card (or debit card) at the time of the Booking to secure your reservation. Where a deposit or full payment is required in advance; by Booking you are authorising the debiting of the card provided.
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards: American Express, MasterCard / Diners International, Diners Club, JCB International Credit Card, Visa Debit Cards: Visa / Delta and Visa / Electron.
Full payment for stay will be charged on arrival.
Guests wishing to use the additiona Sofa bed would be charged £20GB per night for Adults or Children.
The Guest must pay all outstanding charges on departure from the Hotel.

CANCELLATION/NON-ARRIVAL
Presidential Apartments need to be advised 48 Hours prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred.
If less than 48 Hours notice is given the guest will be charged 1 nights accommodation if their stay is less than a week and 3 nights accommodation if the booking was in excess of 7 nights.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Reservations checkin will commence at 2pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 12pm on the day of departure. Additional hours - if available - will be charged on a half-day basis.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
The Management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.

DAMAGE BOND
The Management reserves the right to require a bond against damage or breakage, in certain cases. (Usually where children or young adults are in the party.) This would normally be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the apartment.
